Welcome! I am so glad you found my website.

My goal is to help people become empowered to take control of their health, and to learn what it takes to live a life free from chronic pain1.

You may be just like me and many others who suffered for years (even decades) from pain–and never knew there is a completely natural cure for it.

You may have been told that all you can do is manage your pain–not that there is actually a way to overcome it.

Very few people are aware there IS a cure for chronic pain and that the cure requires, above all, accurate information. Too many of us are prescribed medication and other treatments that are not helpful.

According to the most recent research in pain neuroscience, pain education is the most effective treatment for chronic pain.

Dr. John Sarno, author of “Healing Back Pain” knew this over 40 years ago. It was Dr. Sarno’s work that helped me and countless others overcome unrelenting chronic pain.

In my years of helping others recover from chronic pain, I have seen that there are many paths to healing. However, there is one essential first step for everyone, and that first step is to learn the truth. Learning the truth about chronic pain will make the difference for you. Read on for more.

  1. “Chronic pain” is pain that has lasted for 3 or more months. Chronic pain can be felt in the back, shoulder, foot, knee, wrist, and many other parts of the body, and also includes a large number of other symptoms and conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome and chronic fatigue. It does not include pain resulting from an acute structural injury such as a broken bone, nor does it include pain from cancerous tumors and other disease processes.  ↩︎
